Came to Wivenhoe to see what places were good for eating. Disappointing at this curry house. Poor food and bill was overcharged. Too much attention from staff. Completely empty when we went in, should have been indication of what restaurant was like. Never visit again
FisrF time for us. We went there upon recommendation's from various sources. Very nice welcome in entry. Waiter and owner were very pleased to help us with the menu as there were quite a few new dishes to me on the menu. The food didn't take too long to come out and was such a joy. Everything we had was just so packed in a depth of flavour. Can't wait to go back. Definitely give these guys a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
When we arrived on a monday evening there was nobody inside. We went in anyway and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and helped us out with recommendations about the chefs specials. Food was wonderful and tasty, exactly what you hope for when you walk in to a restaurant you never been to before. Thumbs up!
Best Indian food I've had. Fresh and delicious. All the staff are lovely and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The service in this restaurant was very good, can be said a rare thing these days! The four of us where greeted, seated and cared for, poppadoms arrived swiftly along with refreshments. We all had something different from the menu, presentation was pleasing along with the quality of the food. We will be back. A big thank you to the staff for your excellent service, much appreciated.
