The receptionists are so rude I was shocked when I got off of the phone. I was asking simple questions and was made to feel like I was stupid. This has happened on multiple occasions . I am now planning on not going back to the surgery.
Not helpful at all. The booking system is flawed, still not been able to go see a doctor.
Reception staff are HORRIBLE! Called in this morning at 9:02 asking if I can book an appointment for today as I was told to call at 9. Once I finally got through to someone, the receptionist was extremely rude, making snide comments, being very insensitive in regards to the issue I was calling about. By the end of the phone call, the receptionist said my issue isn't an "emergency", although I've had an emergency appointment for this issue previously and I was left with my issue unresolved. I wish the uni would sort this is out, as literally 90% of the comments on here are regarding the reception staff.
Bad experience. The women in the recwption was very impatient. And said differently from the hospital.
Calling them is fruitless. The receptionist will just fob you off and send you on a wild goose chase until you find out the GP was indeed the right place to contact in the first place, only to be fobbed off a second time. In a confusing new environment, students need as much help as they can get. There's no help available at all here. Very poor service.
